Our staff sets all prices. Prices drop 12% every 3 weeks until the end of the consignment period.

Sales are split 50/50. Occasional sales and promotions will affect net commission payments.

If your items DO NOT sell, you have a choice to pick up your items, otherwise we will gladly donate them to our charity partner.

We do not offer our own pickup service, but we can recommend services, including our sister company, Clean Out Your House, Inc.
